Im trying to do the missions on noob island, Diggings, and Den, but i cant figure out how to activate them. I am using a character from Tyria. Is there something i am missing? thx and if this has been posted before i appoligize

Are you familiar with how mission activation works?

yes ive activated all but these 2,

nvm found out what was wrong, never collected the reward on Sunspear on Kryta Mission, Mod may lock if necessary

There should be an NPC with a shield and swords above his head. Talk to him to enter the mission. If there is none, then you probably still have a primary lingering around somewhere.

I assume you have done the primary quests.

I had the problem that my Tyria to Elona quest did not finish the way it should.
Got back to Tyria, walked to 'gate' npc, talked to the guy inside again and got back at docks.
Claimed reward there (again) and was able to do the missions.
